An alcoholic version of the virgin classic.

INGREDIENTS 

40ml white rum

1 citrus tea bag

ice cubes

2 teaspoons lemon juice

1 teaspoon caster sugar

soda water, to top up

orange or lemon twist, to decorate

METHOD

Pour the rum into a wine glass, add the tea bag and leave to steep for 2 minutes.

Remove the tea bag and add some ice cubes to the glass.

Add the remaining ingredients and stir. Decorate with a twist of orange or lemon and serve.
