You can make this with any whiskey you like, we’ve obviously gone for our own Jack Daniel’s.
- 50ml Jack Daniel’s
- 20ml sweet vermouth
- One dash of Angostura bitters
- Lemon zest, to garnish.
- Add all the ingredients together in a mixing glass, gently stir with a bar spoon.
- Then strain into a whiskey glass over a couple of ice cubes.
- Finally, add a thin strip of lemon zest to garnish.
