You can make this with any whiskey you like, we’ve obviously gone for our own Jack Daniel’s.


  • 50ml Jack Daniel’s 
  • 20ml sweet vermouth
  • One dash of Angostura bitters
  • Lemon zest, to garnish.


  1. Add all the ingredients together in a mixing glass, gently stir with a bar spoon.
  2. Then strain into a whiskey glass over a couple of ice cubes.
  3. Finally, add a thin strip of lemon zest to garnish.
