INGREDIENTS
½ kiwi fruit, quartered, plus an extra slice to decorate
4 lemon slices
4 teaspoons sugar syrup
50ml gin
1 sprig coriander
crushed ice
METHOD
Add the kiwi fruit, lemon slices and sugar syrup to an old-fashioned glass and muddle. Add the gin and coriander and half-fill the glass with crushed ice. Churn with the muddler until thoroughly mixed. Top up with more crushed ice, decorate with a kiwi fruit slice on a cocktail stick and serve.
