15 ml dry vermouth
75 ml vodka
twist of lemon zest
2 unstuffed green olives, to garnish
Pour the vermouth and vodka over ice in a mixing jug/pitcher. Stir to make the cocktail very cold. Strain into a martini glass. Hold the lemon zest over the glass and twist to spray a fine mist of its oils onto the cocktail. Discard the zest and garnish the martini with olives speared on a toothpick.
