The martini is elegant and iconic, James Bond’s staple.
- 15ml dry vermouth
- 75ml vodka
- twist of lemon zest
- 2 unstuffed black olives
- Pour the vermouth and vodka over ice in a mixing jug.
- Strain in to a frozen martini glass.
- Hold the lemon zest above the glass and twist a fine mist over the cocktail.
- Throw the zest away and spear the olives on a toothpicks as a garnish.
