CHAMPAGNE COBBLER

TO CREATE A PERFECT PARTY COCKTAIL, ADD A TOUCH OF SPARKLE TO YOUR COBBLER BY REPLACING THE BOURBON WITH CHAMPAGNE. IF THE FRUIT IS NOT AS RIPE AS IT COULD BE, ADD A DASH MORE SUGAR SYRUP TO ENCOURAGE THE FLAVOUR.

INGREDIENTS

a pineapple slice
an orange wheel
a lemon wheel
1 dash sugar syrup
champagne, to top up
a mint sprig, to garnish
Serves 1

METHOD

Muddle the fruit together in a rocks glass. Add crushed
ice and the sugar syrup and gently top with champagne.
Stir gently and garnish with a mint sprig.
