SEA BREEZE

The Sea Breeze is a modern, thirst-quenching variation on the classic Screwdriver. The cranberry juice lends a light, fruity, refreshing quality and combines with the bitter grapefruit juice, making it very popular with people who don’t particularly enjoy the taste of alcohol.

INGREDIENTS

50 ml vodka

150 ml cranberry juice

50 ml grapefruit juice

1 lime wedge, to garnish

METHOD

Pour the vodka into a highball glass filled with ice. Three-quarters fill the glass with cranberry juice and top with fresh grapefruit juice. Garnish with a lime wedge and serve with a straw.
