INGREDIENTS
1 litre salted caramel
ice cream
250ml chocolate milkshake
1 teaspoon sea salt
150ml bourbon
METHOD
Blend the ice cream, chocolate milk, sea salt and bourbon in a blender, adding ice depending how thick you want your shake. Pour into lowball glasses or tumblers.
Mix It Up
Try using good quality chocolate ice cream instead of salted caramel for an intensely chocolatey hit. Add a sprinkle of grated chocolate or a topping of whipped cream and caramel sauce for even more indulgence.
